Family and friends involvement is crucial, we listen to what they say and do all we can to ensure we provide what they are wanting for their young person.

The Children and Younger Persons Service is very important to the future of the
organisation.  We strive to ensure younger people have typical experiences
to that of their peers and are given opportunities to try new things.

We use an Active Support model where people are encouraged to do all they can for
themselves and develop their independence skills to their potential.

The service strives to ensure each person is living in the situation of their choice, with
people they choose to live with and a location they are happy with.

Who we look for

We look for people who have a whole of life approach to support practice. People who are energetic and value young people and respect family ties are essential.
